For the sake of your privacy and sense of security, we have prepared this Privacy Policy, in which we present the rules for the handling of personal data and the use of cookies and other technologies in connection with the use of our website. The information in the Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with the guidelines of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC and the legal provisions governing the provision of electronic services.

2. PERSONAL DATA.
2.1 Who is the controller of Users' personal data?
a. The Administrator is the administrator of the User's personal data.
2.2 How do I contact the Administrator?

2.3 How do we obtain data about Users and their behaviour?
a. Through the information entered by the User in the forms available on the Website - the contact form and the quotation forms.
b. By storing cookies (so-called "cookies") on terminal equipment.
c. By saving logs at the web server level.
2.4 For what purposes and on what basis do we use the data?
a. For the purpose resulting from the function of the forms available on the Website, i.e. to respond to the Administrator to the topic asked or to answer the queries sent. The legal basis for data processing is the necessity of the processing for the Administrator's legitimate interest - communication with Users.
b. For statistical purposes, i.e. to create statistics which help to understand how Users use the Website. The legal basis for the processing of the data is the necessity of the processing for the fulfilment of the controller's legitimate interest - improving the structure and content of the Website.
c. For marketing purposes, i.e. displaying tailored material to the User on advertising networks, in particular the Google network. The legal basis for data processing is the necessity of the processing to realise the Administrator's legitimate interest - the presentation of information about the Administrator's services, including the possibility of presenting the Administrator with offers tailored to the needs and interests of the Users and increasing the sales of the Administrator's services.
d. For technical purposes - data recorded in server logs. The legal basis for the processing of the data is the necessity of the processing for the implementation of the controller's legitimate interest - ensuring the proper operation of the Site.
2.5 For how long do we process personal data?
a. The data provided to the Administrator as part of the forms available on the Website shall be processed for the period necessary to carry out the tasks provided in the forms.
b. In terms of cookies until they expire or until they are deleted by the User from the browser.
c. For server logs for 60 days.
2.6 What rights does the user have?
a. Right of access to personal data: You have the right to request access to your personal data processed by the Administrator.
b. Right to rectification of data: You have the right to request the Administrator to rectify, complete or update the personal data concerning you without delay.
c. Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): The User has the right - provided that there are circumstances provided for by law - to request the Administrator to delete personal data concerning him/her. Depending on the situation: The Administrator shall carry out the deletion without delay or refuse to do so if there are legal grounds for further processing of the User's data and these are overridden by the User's interests.
d. Right to restrict processing: You have the right to restrict the processing of your data. Processing may be restricted to fulfil only specific purposes.
e. Right to data portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in a commonly used machine-readable format and have the right to send this data to another entity.
f. Right to object: The User has the right to object to the processing of his/her personal data based on the legitimate interests of the Administrator. In this case, the Administrator must cease processing the User's personal data unless the User demonstrates that there are valid, legitimate grounds for the processing which override the User's interests, rights and freedoms or grounds for establishing, asserting or defending claims.
g. Right to withdraw consent: A user whose data is processed by the Administrator on the basis of an expressed consent has the right to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.
h. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: A user whose data is processed by the Administrator has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland, within the meaning of the RODO, the supervisory authority is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
2.7 Profiling.
a. The Administrator informs that it does not carry out profiling of Users on the Website, on the basis of which decisions could be made which produce legal effects towards the Users or affect them in a similarly significant manner.
2.8 Administrator partners.
a. The Administrator informs that in connection with the Website it uses the services of entities supporting its activities, which include:
- Hosting provider.
- Providers of online tools used for marketing or analytical purposes, in particular Google.
2.9 Data sharing.
a. Data will not be shared with third parties, except that the Administrator may be obliged to provide information collected by the Service to authorised bodies on the basis of lawful requests, to the extent of the request.
2.10. Confidentiality and security.
a. The controller shall ensure the confidentiality and security of the personal data provided to it:
- It collects personal data with due care and protects it from unauthorised access.
- It shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure adequate protection of personal data.
- The Controller shall take all necessary measures to ensure that also the entities that support its activities guarantee the application of appropriate security measures when processing data on behalf of the Controller.
3. COOKIE POLICY.
3.1 What are cookies?
a. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular small text files that are stored on the User's terminal device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone).
b. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they originate, the length of time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.
3.2 Access to cookies.
a. Cookies can be read by the Administrator's Website (own cookies) or third party websites.
b. Some of the cookies used by the Website are deleted when the browser session ends, i.e. when the browser is closed (session cookies), other cookies are stored on the User's terminal equipment and enable recognition of the User's browser the next time the Website is accessed (persistent cookies).
3.3 For what purposes do we access the information contained in cookies?
a. Analytical and statistical purposes, i.e. to create statistics showing how Users use the Website, which in turn enables the Administrator to improve the structure and content of the Website.
b. Remarketing purposes, i.e. to display tailored material to the User on advertising networks, in particular the Google network.
3.4 How can cookies be managed?
a. When you first access the Website, a widget is automatically displayed to allow you to manage your cookie settings.
b. By configuring the settings, the User decides himself whether and to what extent the Website can save cookies in the User's local browser.

- Unclassified cookies: these are cookies that do not belong to any other category or are in the process of being classified. These include session cookies - cookies that are necessary to view the content of the Website and are deleted when the browser session ends, i.e. when the browser is closed.
4. SERVER LOGS.
4.1 What are server logs?
a. Server logs are information transmitted by web browsers (independently of cookies) that the Website automatically records on its server each time a User visits.
b. Scope of information in server logs:
- User's IP address.
- Information about the web browser and operating system the User is using.
- The URL of a website previously visited by the User, if the Website was accessed via a link.
- Data volume uploaded.
- Date and time of access.
c. Features of information in server logs:
- They are aggregate and anonymous, i.e. they are not associated with specific individuals browsing the Website's resources and are not used to identify Users.
- Recorded and stored on the server.
- Used exclusively for the purpose of server management, i.e. to diagnose any problems with the operation of the server and to generate statistics useful for the effective administration of the Website.
5. FINAL PROVISIONS.
5.1 Links to other websites.
a. The website may contain links to other websites.
b. The Administrator informs that he is not responsible for the privacy rules of these services and recommends that when you go to other services, you should familiarise yourself with their privacy policies.
5.2 Changes and comments on the privacy policy:
