1. Hot-dip galvanisation - corrosion protection for steel for up to 15 years.
- Immersion of the component in molten zinc at 450-460°C.
- Uniform application of the zinc coating - even in hard-to-reach areas such as bends or grooves.
- Average thickness of the protective coating: 50 - 70 μm.
2. Powder coating - provides durable colour and an extra layer of protection.
- Powder paint applied by electrostatic spraying.
- Oven curing at 200°C.
- Creation of a paint film that is resistant to corrosion, chemicals, heat and mechanical damage.

The price of the panels depends on the height selected, the thickness of the wire and the finish chosen. Seemingly lower prices of panels e.g. in DIY stores are often due to the fact that the goods are made in China or have inferior technical parameters. For example, the wire diameter in 3D panels from SIATPOL is 4.00 or 5.00 mm, whereas the wire thickness in cheap, market panels is usually around 3.00 mm, which makes them less durable and resistant.
